It's easy! You just need to check off five quick things:

• Be a NSW or ACT resident
• Meet any age restrictions advertised for your chosen events and be authorised to purchase the tickets. If you are under 18, you need a parent/guardian to read and consent to the T&Cs on your behalf!
• Have a registered myTicketek account with a valid email address
• Make at least two separate, eligible event ticket transactions through our website or app during the competition window
• Stay opted-in to Ticketek promotional emails so we can track your entry and reach you if you win!

The promotion kicks off at 00:01 AEST on Monday, 17 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 AEST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. Make sure both of your purchases are made within this window.

No, that counts as one transaction. The competition requires two separate bookings with unique order numbers (OrderIDs). You're already halfway there and just one more purchase away from qualifying!

No! All standard payment methods count toward the competition, but your Afterpay purchase is still processed as a single transaction with one unique order number. To qualify, you will still need to make a second, separate event ticket booking.

Only one (1) entry per customer is permitted across the entire promotional period, and a customer can only win a maximum of 1 × $100 Ticketek gift voucher in this promotion. Making extra purchases beyond your second one won't grant you additional entries.

Any transaction for event tickets purchased directly via the official Ticketek website or Ticketek App qualifies. Excluded transactions are those that are solely for gift vouchers, car parking, merchandise, music albums, corporate tickets, or hospitality add-ons.

No, both transactions must be made under the exact same myTicketek account and registered email address.

If you choose to refund an eligible transaction before the official draw date, that transaction is disqualified.

If the event is rescheduled, relocated or cancelled, those transactions will still count toward your entry.

You must be opted into Ticketek email marketing communications throughout the promotional period and at the draw date to be eligible. If you aren't opted in, your entries won't qualify. You can easily update your account settings for free right here

The prize will be drawn at the Promoter's offices at 11:00 AEST on Wednesday, 7 October 2026. If any drawn winners fail to claim their prize within the required window, those vouchers will enter a redraw on Wednesday 14 October 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw(s), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

Winners will be emailed a link to a prize acceptance form and must complete this to officially claim the prize. Winners may also be contacted via the phone number linked to their myTicketek account.

If winners are unreachable or the form is left incomplete, the prize will be forfeited and enter a redraw.

Once all 100 winners have been successfully drawn and verified, the $100 gift voucher will be delivered directly to the winners' registered email address and winner details will be published here
