The VIP package(s) advertised in relation to the Event are sold by the Ticket Agent on behalf of the Provider. For any enquiries about your VIP package, please contact the Provider at vip@teg.com.au.

By purchasing or using or participating in any VIP package(s), you, the purchaser, agree to the following:

General

1. All VIP package purchasers will be contacted by the Provider via e-mail 5 to 10 days prior to the actual Event date (but in any case, no later than prior to the Event) with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions. If you do not receive an e-mail from the Provider within that timeframe, please contact the Provider immediately.
2. You must ensure the contact details you provide at the time of purchase are accurate, valid and current. The Provider, Ticket Agent, and Affiliates will not be liable to the purchaser for any failure to deliver any package schedule and instructions to the extent that the failure is due to contact details provided being outdated, inaccurate, invalid or undeliverable.
3. All merchandise is to be collected on site on the day of the show, unless stated otherwise.
4. No transfer or re-sale of VIP packages is permitted under any circumstances unless authorised by the Provider and the relevant promoter/event organiser. The VIP package will be rendered invalid if otherwise resold by the purchaser.

Refunds or exchanges

5. Any refund or exchange of the VIP package or any elements included as part of the VIP package (without limitation, the Event ticket) shall be governed by the Ticket Agent's terms and conditions, as published on its website, as well as any applicable law.
6. All VIP packages may vary market-by market and are subject to change and/or cancellation at any time where reasonably necessary (including without limitation for unavailability of VIP package element, reasons of safety, artist or performer cancellation, venue requirements or by law). Reasonable endeavours will be used to communicate any such changes as soon as reasonably practicable to the purchaser. The Provider will use reasonable endeavours to substitute or replace cancelled VIP merchandise, experiences, or other items of equivalent value. If no equivalent substitute or replacement is available then the Provider will provide either a full or partial refund.

Privacy and personal information

7. By purchasing a VIP package, you consent to your personal information being provided by the Ticket Agent to the Provider for the sole purpose of facilitating delivery of the VIP package and providing any necessary instructions. You also agree to the Ticket Agent's Privacy Policy, as published on its website.

Meet and greets

8. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at any meet and greet or other VIP experience, and that parent or guardian is to give consent on behalf of the minor to the photography, filming and recording of the minor. The Provider may require proof of age and may refuse participation where the required supervision or consent is not provided.
9. Subject to above, if your VIP package includes a meet and greet, photograph, autograph session or similar experience, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded during that experience, and you grant the Provider, the Ticket Agent, and Affiliates a royalty-free, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use and publish your image, likeness and voice as captured during the experience, in any media, for the purpose of promoting the Event and future events. If you do not wish to give this consent, please advise the Provider before the experience begins and you may elect not to participate.
10. Participation in any meet and greet or other VIP experience is subject to the venue's conditions of entry and to any reasonable directions given by the Provider, the venue, the artist's representatives or security personnel. You must attend at the designated time and place and behave respectfully towards artists, staff and other attendees. Physical contact with, and the giving of gifts to, the artist(s) may be restricted or prohibited. The Provider may refuse, suspend or discontinue your participation without refund if you arrive late, fail to comply with these conditions or any direction, are affected by alcohol or drugs, or behave in a manner that is unsafe, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

General

11. You attend the Event and participate in any VIP package inclusion (including any meet and greet or other experience) at your own risk, and the Ticket Agent, Provider and Affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness or expense suffered in connection with the VIP package or your participation in it, except to the extent caused by their negligence or wilful misconduct. To the extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Ticket Agent, Provider and Affiliates in connection with the VIP package is limited to the amount paid by you for the VIP package.
12. Nothing in these VIP Packages Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Where a guarantee, right or remedy cannot be excluded, the liability of the Ticket Agent, Provider and Affiliates is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to resupplying the relevant merchandise, experience or service, or paying the cost of that resupply.
13. These VIP Packages Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

The Ticket Agent is the ticket company from which your VIP package was purchased.

The Event is the event to which your VIP package relates.

The Provider of the VIP package is TEG Live Pty Ltd trading as TEG VIP ("TEG VIP").

Affiliates include the event organiser(s), promoter(s), partner(s), venue(s), artist(s), team(s), sponsor(s) and any other parties associated with the Event or the VIP package.

Get the official Delta Goodrem Souvenir Ticket!

Souvenir Tickets are a special souvenir item for fans, featuring a unique design of your event. By purchasing a souvenir ticket, you can keep a tangible reminder of your experience and show off your support for your favourite artist or event.

The souvenir ticket is a keepsake only, not your ticket into the event.

Australian Orders: These will be shipped to the address listed in your My Ticketek account.

International Orders: Orders with International addresses will not be shipped. Any customers with International addresses will be able to collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day.

Souvenir Tickets will be posted by Ticketek and arrive no later than one week prior to the event. Please ensure your delivery address is up to date in your My Ticketek account.

Souvenir Tickets will be dispatched via AusPost on behalf of Ticketek AU.

Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales.

Customer names will not be printed on the Souvenir Tickets.

If you have not received your Souvenir Ticket one week prior to your event, please contact: souvenirtickets@ticketek.com.au to arrange a replacement.
